ChefD Maple Ice Cream
1 litre (1000ml) 35% cream
1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. (15ml) Maple Syrup
In a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until light and fluffy. Once that is achieved, slowly fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Place in jars and put in your freezer for 6 hours or until frozen solid.
ChefD’s tip: Add a heaping ¼ cup (60ml) of cocoa powder to make a chocolate version!
