Chicken and Bacon Ravioli

2 cooked Nutra Farms Boneless Chicken Breasts diced

1 onion finely diced

1 cup diced Nutra Farms bacon

1 garlic clove minced

1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

2 cups diced fresh plum/Roma tomatoes

½ cup Ricotta cheese

16 spinach Ravioli




In a large nonstick fry pan over medium high heat warm olive oil for 1 minute add onions, bacon and garlic.  Sauté 3-5 until onions and bacon begin to brown.  Add tomatoes and reduce heat too medium and simmer for 5 minutes, stir Ricotta cheese.  Continue to cook until cheese starts to melt 2-3 minutes.


For Pasta


In a large pot of boiling water.  Place pasta in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes.  Drain Pasta.


Place four Ravioli on a plate and cover with ½ cup of sauce.
