Q: With all the hoopla going on in the world right now, I’ve been finding it increasingly more difficult to be able to relax. Saying I’m stressed would be an understatement. Any tips on how to just chill out for a bit?
E: Oh yes, the world is topsy turvy right now! But you must always focus on the positives. Try spending time with those you love in your social bubble, and maybe try a new activity together like playing fetch with your kids! You can also go on a nice long walk in the woods and reconnect with nature. When you get home, have one of your favourite snacks and snuggle up on your favourite blanket.
D: I find that I am almost always relaxed, as I am practically royalty and have all my needs met. However, there are rare times when I do feel stressed, such as when the other house cat is in my space – never mind that she has been living here longer. In these instances, I will scrounge together some catnip, which always has me flying high above any worries I might have.
